Achievements
• Complete reorganization of Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill (PPM) under the conditions of a corporate conflict (at present, the Arkhangelsk PPM is one of the leading timber and chemical plants in Russia and Eastern Europe; it produces cardboard, bleached sulphate pulp, various kinds of paper, notebooks (a Russian brand - green school notebooks). The plant is included in the Top 300 Russian companies of federal importance and Top 500 largest domestic companies.
• Overall upgrade of Arkhangelsk PPM and development of a long-term investment program (from 2000 to 2012, more than 28 billion RUR was invested in the company development; by 2021 г., the total amount of investments will reach 15.0 billion RUR)
• Restoration and development of Arkhangelsk PPM sales development concept (extension of foreign trade geography to include up to 60 countries; Arkhangelsk PPM has been the winner of the all-Russian annual competition "The Best Russian Exporter" from 1998 to 2011, which was organized by the RF Ministry of Industry and Trade)
• Creation of a long-term hedging strategy
• Development and implementation of corporate social responsibility strategy at Arkhangelsk PPM (approx. 300 mln. RUR is allocated to social programs and benefits annually)
• Development of a long-term program aimed at reducing the negative impact onto the environment, creation of favorable conditions for effective business activities and labour (annual expenses of Arkhangelsk PPM for implementation of the environmental protection plan exceed one billion RUR)
• Construction of a corrugated packaging and corrugated cardboard plant in Podolsk, Moscow Region - one of the largest plants of this kind in the Eastern Europe 
• Overall upgrade of ZAO "Lesozavod 25" and ten logging companies in Arkhangelsk region, and creation of a complete infrastructure within the areas of these companies.
