Vitelio Brustolin

Vitelio Marcos Brustolin (Erechim, September 28, 1980) is a Brazilian Researcher, Writer, Journalist and Lawyer.
Biography
Vitelio Brustolin is son of a military officer and a school public servant. where currently is attending his Doctorate. He works in the areas of Economy of Defense, Innovation in science and technology based on the structure of National Defense and Public Policies Compared.
He is one of the few Brazilian Ph.D. Visiting Researcher Ph.D. at Harvard University, United States, where was admitted in 2012.
Brustolin discovered, in his graduate studies, that Brazil's Defense Budget has remained as the third largest in Brazil, behind only of the Ministries of Health and Social Security, although that country does not participate in wars along decades. Despite this budget, the situation of the Brazilian Armed Forces is scrapping, which, according to his analysis, is due to the way this budget is used. This led him to researching Public Policy compared, seeking alternatives to implement efficiently the resources of Brazil's Defense in the generation of Science and Technology, such as in the Military-industrial complex of the United States. and the Brazilian National War College.
