Vince Cirino "Vince Cirino" is a songwriter and producer from Wilmington, DE whose first major contributions appear on American pop-rock musician Rod Kim's sophomore EP "To Love And Be Loved" as a cowriter and band member. Cirino is credited in bringing Kim out of a bout of depression and encouraging continuing progress on the EP. Vince also tours with Rod Kim and is occasionally seen accompanying YouTube viral sensation Jessica Latshaw.
