Vebnet Limited is a global provider of employee benefits and reward solutions. They are part of the Standard Life Group with offices in Edinburgh, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Boston and Montreal, and employ approximately 260 staff.
History
Vebnet Limited was founded in 2000 and launched its flexible benefits solution in 2002. Vebnet Limited shares were admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market in 2003.
On September 16, 2008 the Board of Vebnet Limited announced that agreement had been reached on a cash offer by Standard Life plc to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Vebnet Limited.
Operations
Vebnet provide employee benefits and reward solutions for over 200 UK and worldwide based companies and currently manage the employee benefits for approximately 500,000 employees. Vebnet provides individual solution components or a full end-to-end service covering reward and benefits consultancy, benefit scheme design, employee communications, brokering, benefits technology, employee helpdesk and outsourced administration services.
Awards
In June 2007, Vebnet were awarded the title of "Most successful new benefits launch" for the launch of the "Pick and Mix" flexible benefits service for ING Direct.
