Uno Hoffmann is an Austrian-Canadian painter residing and working in Toronto. Uno Hoffmann studied at the University of Toronto, where he received a B.A. in Architecture. He has been active as a painter since 1990, and previously exhibited works in the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. In 1992 Hoffmann co-founded Hoffmann + Associates (H+A), where he taught digital design, 3D modelling, and electronic media. He was also the curriculum director for the Information Technology Design Centre and H+A's 'Digital Media Studios'. He later worked part time as the Special Project Director for the School of Design at George Brown College in 2004. Hoffmann's art has been exhibited in a number of galleries and shows. Most recently his work was exhibited at Art Southampton in 2015. Hoffmann previously collaborated with poet Ian Burgham in 2011 to create a series of works.
