Rosalind Forster

Rosalind Forster (1948-) is a painter born in London. She studied in London and did graphic design at Manchester College of Art and Design.
Life and Travels
After working for several years in London in the field of graphic design Forster moved to Derbyshire where she worked as a freelance artist. In 1979 she established her own print workshop. She has travelled extensively and now divides her time between England and Greece.
Recent exhibitions have included the Philip Bacon Gallery Brisbane, Richard King Gallery, Sydney, Buxton Museum, Derbyshire, and at The Manor House, Ilkley, Yorkshire which formed part of the Bradford Print Biannale.<ref name="Yakas"/>
Works in permanent collections
Her work is held in the collections of Derbyshire Museum, Leicester County Council, Derbyshire County Council, and Manchester Council. Her linocuts, drawings and watercolours are on the cruise ships ' and .
