Tyler Lemco

Tyler Lemco is a Canadian writer, actor, and Internet personality. He was a founding member of the YouTube cooking show Epic Meal Time, and writes articles for various websites.
Life
Lemco was born to English-speaking Jewish-Canadian parents in Montreal, Quebec. He received a bachelor's degree in journalism from Concordia University in 2013.
Career
Epic Meal Time
In 2010, Lemco was an original cast member on the YouTube cooking show Epic Meal Time. He left the show in 2013, citing that "Business just got in the way of it being fun." : By the time of his departure, the channel had grown to over 6 million subscribers and featured guests like Tony Hawk, Kevin Smith, Deadmau5, Andy Milonakis, Jamie Oliver, Lights, Gabriel Iglesias, Hannah Hart, Jenna Marbles, FPS Russia, and SMOSH.
Lemco also co-wrote and produced a one-hour live performance for the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in 2012 .
Writing
Lemco is an active freelance writer. He contributes to a multitude of websites such as Thrillist.com , AskMen.com , Playboy.com , BroBible.com , Thump , Munchies , CBS Sports Local , and others.
NBA Draft
In 2013, Lemco declared himself eligible for the NBA Draft. He released a comedic highlight tape to display his skills . Lemco then went to Brooklyn, New York to attend the 2013 NBA Draft and film a mockumentry video.
Other acting
Lemco had a minor role in the web series Video Game High School. He also had a role in the short film Lazy Boyz .
Campaign signs
In October 2015, Lemco put up fake campaign posters around Montreal during the Canadian federal election. The stunt, which featured a smiling image of Lemco's face along with the slogan "Not Running For Anything, Just Wanted A Sign" , gained media attention across the country. It was featured by CBC News, UPI , Le Journal De Montreal , National Post , Global News , The Chive , MTL Blog , and Buzzfeed News .
