Internet lurking has been an acceptable way to educate or learn about the edicate of posting and using a service. Lurking in the context of a forum or blog simply makes sense, but as the internet has taken on a more conversational nature through solution like Twitter, internet lurking becomes a bit creepy. Lurkers in Twitter are being named twerkrs or a twerkr. These Twitter users are like that person who peers through your window in real-life or that person who eavesdrops on a conversation at a party. But in Twitter these people have taken on an even creeper sense. They corrupt Twitter by using it only as a way to promote or market. A twerkr will either never post or post only promotional material.
