Travel to Bandarban

Bandarban is a wonderful place to travel. Among 3 hill districts, Bandarban is most beautiful place. The hills are so green, the rivers are so blue. It is one of the best tourist destination in Bangladesh.

To see the brilliant beautiful nature, one must know how to get there. If you start from Dhaka, you can take bus or train or flight.

By Bus

There will be two part in the journey. First, Dhaka to Chittagong about 350km. By Shohag, Greenline, CityCom, Saudia, S.Alam, Hanif, Unique etc bus services. The cost will be Tk250-Tk600 depends on the AC or non-AC bus. Second, Chittagong to Bandarban about 50km. There are also bus service, but very ordinary. For special service, you have hire micro bus or car from the rental shop.

By Train
By Train Dhaka to Chittagong. Cost Tk.200 to Tk. 800. Depends on AC or non-AC. Chittagong to Bandarban by bus. They are local bus. For comfortable journey better to hire microbus or car. Cost around Tk.2500 for one day.

Getting in

There are several places to visit. Shoilo Propat, Chimbuk, Boga Lake, Keocradong etc. Have a guide from the nearest resort, Hillside Resort. They will guide you where to go, where to stay etc. There will be an amazing experience if you stay night at hillside resort. Its completely built with the nature itself. An ideal place for the nature lovers.
