TinyLightbulbs is an international e-commerce site founded by Matthew and Mark McLachlan in 2012, with headquarters in Denver, Colorado. It exclusively features products that are developed through crowdfunding. History After launching and subsequently developing a successful project on Kickstarter, Matthew McLachlan quickly became aware of the difficulties involved in marketing and selling his product once it had been funded. This led him and his brother, Mark McLachlan, to begin building the concept of a "post-crowdfunding" site that served as a place where "indie" and crowd funded products could be marketed and sold. The site was officially launched in January 2012. Products and services TinyLightbulbs' catalog consists of products from a wide range of categories, including books, home decor, electronics accessories, fashion, and design. TinyLightbulbs does not hold any inventory of the products in the site catalog, as it operates via a drop shipping fulfillment model. This commission is only charged when a product sells, as there are no fees associated with registering a product with the site.
