Blink 3D is a virtual worlds development platform. It is developed by Pelican Crossing. Blink 3D is available in different editions including a free, feature limited version. Blink 3D features a drag and drop, point and click interface and does not require the user to have programming skills. Likewise, the program provides the user with 3D primitives to quickly build their world if they do not have 3D modelling skills. Blink 3D is also capable of importing 3D models from many modeling products. The program also has an extensive API. Development on Blink 3D has been discontinued, however, some project content will remain online on the website. |
