Timothy Mark Pitman, is an English footballer who plays in goal for Brentwood Town F.C. in the Ryman League. A product of the Leyton Orient Centre of Excellence, Pitman has played for a number of clubs at under 18 and senior level. In September 2010 the 17 year old shot stopper signed 1st team contracts for Brentwood Town and made his 1st team debut against Wingate and Finchley on September 19th 2010. Pitman was brought on as a substitute when the Brentwood first choice keeper Andy Hall was injured early in the first half. After the game Les Whitton, the Brentwood manager commented in the press "He didn't let us down and pulled off some fine saves". Pitman is now a familiar face on the bench for Brentwood and his first 1st team appearance in 2011 was against Waltham Abbey. He came on to replace Nicky Pyne in the 2nd half and the game ended in a heavy defeat, but after the game Whitton again made some positive comments to the press saying "The lad did really well and I was disappointed we didn't get something out of the game in the second half". Pitman has also made appearances for Essex senior sides, Kelvedon Hatch and Barkingside, and has represented Essex County F.A.. Pitman lives in Chipping Ongar, Essex and trains regularly with Wycombe Wanderers first team goalkeeping coach Martin Brennan. 500px
