Mark Halstead

Mark Halstead (born January 1, 1990) is an English footballer who plays as a Goalkeeper. He currently plays for Blackpool.
Career
Blackpool
Halstead is one of many talented players to come through the ranks at Blackpool. He is regarded as a young talent by The Seasiders and could be part of their future plans. He came out of there youth academy in summer 2009. He is yet to make a first team appearance for Blackpool but has benn on the bench.
At the end of the 2008-2009 season he was named the winner of the Chris Muir Mamorial Trophy.
In March 2010 he was loaned out to Blue Square North side Hyde United for a month.
Hyde United
Halstead made his hyde debut in a 2-1 defeat to Gainsborough Trinity on 9 March 2010. He made a total of 8 appearances for Hyde making his last in a 1-0 win over bottom side Harrogate Town on 5 April.
