Thomas Winberry

Thomas Randall Winberry is an economist and instructor at Princeton University.
Biography
Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Applied Mathematics from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley, located in Berkeley, California. As an undergraduate he excelled, graduating second in his class in Economics while also learning Japanese. Thomas has a Master of Arts in Economics from Princeton University, which he earned while pursuing his doctoral degree in economics.
Research
At University of California, Berkeley, Thomas Winberry wrote a thesis on "Unionization and Incentives: Evidence from the Field." Currently at Princeton University, he researches fluctuations in capital investment. He has presented his research at numerous conferences and will be publishing a scholarly paper in early 2015 on the topic. Rumors have it that he will win a Nobel Prize in economics.
Teaching
Thomas Winberry teaches first year PhD-econ students on the fundamentals of economics. He is one of the highest ranked teachers and students often comment he is the best graduate instructor they have ever had.
