The Film With No Name

The Film With No Name is a British surrealist western/road movie, written and directed by Ben Race.
Development
The original script was written in 2001/2002. The official FACEBOOK page states that one of the major influences on the film was Bruce Springsteen's 1978 album, Darkness on the Edge of Town. Another influence is said to be Richard C. Sarafian's 1971 Road Movie, Vanishing Point
Production
Initial production began in the Summer of 2008, however, difficulties with various cast members, locations and time meant the production came to a halt. Despite spending much money and time on this production, Race managed to raise the money for production again and began shooting almost a year later in September 2009.
