The Fear Experience Haunted House is run by the Youngest Haunted Attraction owners in America. The event is regarded as the scariest haunted house in America.
Company Origins
The Fear Experience Haunted House is located in Cleveland Ohio. The company was formed in 2008 as a small party in the backyard of a Toledo Ohio residential home. The two high school students, Nick Francis, and Max Simon built what could have been the largest home haunt in the nation. The attraction was fully up to code structure full themed, lighted, and staffed with monsters. This event received nationwide hype on the FearNet $25,000 best home haunt in the country contest. They received the most votes when the contest closed on October 30, 2008. Halloween night the event received well over 500 in attendance. It received so much News and online attention the City did not allow the actual location to be released to the public, because the neighborhood could not support the traffic if could potentially generate. The two attraction owners built everything from scratch, and led the operation through 12 months of design, construction and operation. Their website Toledo Ohio Haunted House went live on October 1st and it received will over 3,000 visitors in the month of October. All of the net proceeds from this event went to benefit Youth Leadership Toledo.
Haunted House in 2009
Max Simon and Nick Francis decided to turn their home based event into a commercial business in 2009. They worked together and created the commercial event in Toledo Ohio. The event went attracted over 4,000 people every Friday and Saturday in October. Their website Ohio Haunted House attracted over 7,000 unique visitors in October of 2009. The haunted house was over 6,000 square feet and was located inside of a 40,000 sqft retail location. All of the net proceeds from the haunted house benefited The Make A Wish Foundation.
The Fear Experience Haunted House
In 2010 the owners created, The Fear Experience, and moved the attraction to Cleveland Ohio. The event was located inside of The Soccer Sportsplex in North Olmsted, Ohio. The haunted house was over 8,000 square feet and had over 40 live actors. The whole event took over 13 months to construct, market and staff. The Fear Experience is a Cleveland Ohio Haunted House.
