The Dave Song

The Dave song was created in St. Louis, Missouri. A gym coach began to sing the song behind a student, and immediately caught on. The song is also created about the student. The song is sang as "Dave, Dave-Dave, Dave, D-Dave, Dave, Dave". In between the songs one can state how many more times the song should be sung. As an example, "Dave, Dave-Dave, Dave, D-Dave, Dave, Dave; 1 more time! Dave, Dave-Dave, Dave, D-Dave, Dave, Dave! and done!". As you can see, at the conclusion of the song, you say "and done". It is a way to end the song without being awkward.

Washington D.C.
On April 27, 2011, the song was sang on the steps of the United States Capital building. It was started by a few students and grew into a frenzy. Teachers from the school also began to join in. Some of the students decided that it could be used in a speech later on in the students life.
The song has left St. Louis and is bound to head anywhere.
