The Darkest Night is an upcoming horror film from writer/director Will Jones. The film is a throwback to John Carpenter's original Halloween and other classics of the genre. Plot When a burned man with red cloth wrapped around his face like bandaging comes to the town of Springfield, he holds a grudge. Isolating the small town from all possible help, the Burned Man exacts his brand of vengeance on the town. Centering around a group of high school friends as the events unfold, The Darkest Night is a film of mystery, suspense, and revelations as our protagonists try to understand exactly what is going on and why. But in a town where everyone seems to have their own intentions, and not even the enforcements can truly be trusted, how can they hope to survive what will become the town's Darkest Night? |
