The Danans are an Americana band from Bristol, United Kingdom. The group consists of Jon Sinnott (vocals), Dan Darbon (bass), Gareth Dickie (piano), Matt Estcourt (drums) and Rich Crossley (electric guitars). Formed in 2003, The Danans built up a large following in Bristol, and recorded 2 EPs and made three consecutive annual Ashton Court Festival appearances by the end of 2005. At the beginning of 2006 the band underwent a personnel change, losing organist Gareth, who was replaced by Toni Palmer.
