Tesseraction Games

Tesseraction Games is an American video game developer based in Oregon.
History
It was founded in 2001 by a handful of former Dynamix employees: Kelly Asay, Blake Hutchins, Alex Jimenez, Dave Lauck and Shawn Eastley. Tesseraction developed and released Enigma: Rising Tide in 2003.
On September 23, 2003, Tesseraction Games filed a lawsuit against their distributor, UK-based GMX Media Ltd., alleging breach of contract, and sought damages totalling over $1.6 million. On July 14, 2006, a judge granted a motion for summary judgement against GMX Media Ltd. and collection efforts were begun.
As of December 19, 2008, Tesseraction Games is out of business, due to Resurgent Interactive going into default. (http://www.warfleet.net/shareholderletter.php)
