Talib ibn Abi Talib

Talib ibn Abi Talib () is the eldest of the four sons of Fatima bint Asad who raised Muhammad and Ali's brother.
He had three brothers, Aqeel ibn Abi Talib, Ja'far ibn Abi Talib and Ali ibn Abi Talib and two sisters, Umme Hani and Jumana. His mother Fatima also adopted Muhammad. (Her fourth son)
Talib ibn Abi Talib was with the escort of the caravans that were on the way to Badr. There was some discussion between Talib ibn Abi Talib, who was with they army, and some of Quraish. The latter said, "We know, O Banu Hashim, that if you have come out with us your heart is with Muhammad. "So, Talib and some others returned to Mecca. Quraysh went on until they halted on the farther side of the valley behind Al-Aqanqal. The bad of valley - Yalyal - was between Badr and Al-Aqanqal, the hill behind which lay Quraysh, while the wells at Badr were on the side of the valley bed nearest to Medina. There, the Battle of Badr took place.
