Syed Imtiaz Ali Naqvi

Syed Imtiaz Ali Naqvi (born January 1, 1959) is an ophthalmologist from Pakistan. He is a fellow of college of physicians and surgeons Pakistan. He is a professor of ophthalmology at Chandka Medical College and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana. He has served as the Dean, faculty of surgery and allied sciences at the same university. He is also the supervisor for postgraduate training programs (FCPS-Ophthalmology) at College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan and (MS & DO-Ophthalmology) at S.M.B.B Medical University, Larkana, Liaquat University of Medical and Health sciences, Jamshoro. He has received the Norval Christy Gold Medal, and also received an APAO award for his services for the prevention of blindness in the Asia Pacific region in 2010. He is writer of a book on clinical ophthalmology with the title of Concise Ophthalmology for medical students.
