Swapnabhumi (Nepali novel)

Swapnabhumi, a dreamland, is a Nepali novel published by Shika Books and written by Tulasi Acharya, and the novel concentrates largely on struggles the Nepali students face in the US while pursuing university education, and finding jobs for livelihood. This novel is the Nepali translation of the English novel "Running from the Dreamland." The book was originally released in Nepal and discussed amongst the critics Rajkumar Baniya and celebrity Nepali film superstar Rajesh Hamal.
Reception
The book has been reviewed and discussed in national media outlets. Harka Bahadur Lamgade writes that this novel has given a lot of insights for the international students who go abroad to further their studies. Similarly, Ratna Prajapati writes, "This is a must read book especially by international students who come to America to pursue their higher studies and with American dreams. They need to know what it would be like to be an international student in America before they leave their homeland" Rajesh Hamal says, "Dreamland is where the heart is". Dijan Bhattarai writes, "This novel has given much insights about American culture and struggles in a foreign land."
