Susheel Jangira

Susheel Jangira is an Indian model and actress. She shares her birthday with the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi i.e. 2nd October and is often called ‘Bapu’ by her friends. She is particulary famous for her shows Planet Bollywood and Ring A Star on , Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladi - 3 on and T-10 Gully Cricket. She was awarded The Most Ravishing Anchor award at the 16th lions gold award in 2010. She is based in Mumbai.
EARLY LIFE
Susheel was born in Gurgaon, Haryana, in an army household. She has studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya across the length and breadth of the country. Later from MD University she graduated with an Honours degree in Commerce. All through her school and college life she has been very active in sports (volley ball, badminton, athletics and judo), Theatre, Acting and cultural activities (Poetry, Debate and Speeches). She has played Shot Put at the National level. She has won many awards in various Youth festivals for her college and university and has been awarded the College Colour and the Role of Honour for her all round achievements. She loves to write Poetry.
CAREER
TALK SHOWS
She is currently hosting Planet Bollywood and Ring A Star on . She gained a lot of popularity for her daredevil attitude in Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladi - 3 though she’s a pure vegetarian. Host Priyanka Chopra ended up calling her Susheel Paaji. Her love for sports led her to host a cricket based live show T-10 Gully Cricket 2009-10 with the famous Cricket Commentator Charu Sharma. For ETC Channel she has done a very popular talk show ETC Chit-Chat interviewing the likes of Hritik Roshan. She has also hosted Mountain Dew Nidar for MH1. Recently she also appeared as a guest in Chakravyu for NDTV.
VOICE
She is famous for her very husky and gorgeous voice and has been an RJ for Planet M Music Space.
RUNWAY, PRINT and MUSIC ALBUMS
She is quite recognised in the fashion world and has walked the ramp for ace designers like Tarun Tahiliani, JJ Valaya, Neeta Lulla and featured in a lot of print ads for the like of Raymonds, Citibank, Women’s Era, Femina, Health. Her passion for music led her to feature in various music albums like Khizaan ke phool for T-series, Ab ke sajan for Tips and currently she is working on Beach Café under her own production company where she will be featuring with the handsome Olympiad Vijender Singh.
