Super-5

Super-5 is an educational program started by IeQue organization in Noida UP. This program is inspired from Super-30 of Bihar but this is for Professionals. This program has been created for social cause and for those who are out of money and in need of job. Super-30 trained students in such way so that they can crack the IIT program however Super-5 trained highly talented Jobless engineers free of cost into such way so that they can grab a job from market without even single downfall on an interview. There are plenty of Engineering colleges from where lacs of students passed out every year but 70% of those did not get job. From those 70% candidate first IeQue filters highly talented candidates then they give them excellence training, Once the training completed students sent to diff diff companies for interview.
Last year all candidates of Super-5 batches were placed in MNCs like Wipro, Infy, TCS and TechM.
It was always our dream to see an Organization that will not do fake guaranteed job promise. It should built and take the students onto that level where every single student will be able to grab a job from market.
This Dream comes true when Super-5 program has been created with the help of ex employees of Google, HP, Orange and IBM.
In software Industry no one had tried this concept in-spite of filling their pockets by false promises of guaranteed job. Aim of IeQue is to Provide high class knowledge to talented candidates from experts of IT Giants without charging a single penny so that students can grab a job. IeQue is a non profit organization and works to earn blessings.
History
IeQue has founded with Super-5 program in year 2014. It was very tough for the expert trainers to give their timings on weekends while 5 days working on offices without charging any money from the students. IeQue does not have high class infrastructure but as the intention was pure and dedicated to all those who were out of money and jobless B.Tech/MCA candidates so results came outstanding and all students get placed in MNCs. IeQue has received positive and outstanding response from IT Companies for providing excellent candidates to them.
Selection Procedure
To get a selection in Super-5 batch is not an easy thing. There are multiple rounds of interview which checks Aptitude/Objective/Subjective/Theoretical approaches of a candidate and immediate problem solving skills. Those who get placed in Super-5 are sure about their job once training completed. Super-5 slogan is really interesting which tells that Don't need to search a job, Now job will search you.
