Student Life at Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar

Societies Currently, there are six student societies at the IIT. They are, *E Cell *Dance Society *Robotics Society *Music Society *Dramatics Society *Literary Society Facilities Students have access to a well equipped gymnasium, healthcare facilities, and a canteen, that are presently under construction. Temporary Accomodation Students are currently housed in a location near the heart of Bhubaneswar city in flats with full dining, medical, and recreational facilities as well as internet access. Vicinity Nearby hotels include Trident, Swosti, and Mayfair. Also located in the vicinity are an Oxford Bookstore, a Cafe Coffee Day, Habibs, and Smokin Joes Pizza. The institute also provides free daily bus shuttle service for the students.
