Steven Piro

Steven Paul Piro is an American businessman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Founder, entrepreneur, family man, mentor, athlete, and coach. He is the CEO and Founder of .
Born December 12, 1967, in Sacramento, CA. Steven was the first of three children adopted by United States Air Force Senior Master Sargent Ray Piro and his wife Gloria, an executive secretary. Sharing humble beginnings, the family moved frequently, being stationed on bases in India, Spain, Texas, and Arizona, eventually settling at Vandenberg Air Force Base in Lompoc, CA. Steven earned both academic and all C.I.F honors, and was awarded a full scholarship to Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA.
College Life
In 1986, Steven studied political science at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA. Excelling as a four starter in football. Steven earned all-conference honors and received an invitation to tryout with the Los Angeles Raiders. While attending college, Steve worked is sales and marketing as a general sales manager, for Ray Wilson Family Fitness Centers in Los Angeles County, CA and Racquetball World in Orange County, CA. In 1989, Steven graduated from Azusa Pacific University, earning a double degree in International Law and Business Administration, with a minor in Theology. Following college, Steven continued working for Racquetball World in Orange County, CA.
Business Ventures
In 1990, Steven acquired Hacienda Health Club in Hacienda Heights, CA and Imperial Health Spa in Fullerton, CA and changed the name to Fitness World, Inc., a company he founded that same year. In 1994, Steven founded servicing company One-on-One Personalized Training, Inc. in Brea, CA, the reciprocal use company International Association Guarantee Group, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA, and the financial services company N.M.P. Management Group, Inc. in Riverside, CA.
In 1996, Steve founded servicing company Total Fitness Tanning, Inc. in Fullerton, CA and in 4 Women Only Fitness, Inc. in Poway, CA, eventually selling the latter in 2012. From 1997 to 1999 he expanded his fitness brand throughout Southern California, servicing a 20 location chain that was soon acquired by Racquetball Fitness and Aerobics, Inc.
In 1998, Steven relocated to Nevada, and while maintaining business interest in his fitness servicing companies, he was hired as a consultant with 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide, Inc. to assist with the company's Las Vegas expansion and the opening of the first Super-Sport Club in Las Vegas. Steven was asked to stay on as General Manager and was named the company's #1 General Manager worldwide for five years in a row.
In 2003, Steven founded West Coast Finances, Inc. in Summerlin, Nevada. In 2007, with a shift to family and his four core companies, Steven founded Las Vegas Desert Crush Baseball Organization, a non-profit organization, an organization geared towards parents and kids in the sport of baseball.
In 2011 Steven founded a travel membership company called Wholesale Resort Club International, LLC. Later in 2011, Steven founded FIT FOODS INTERNATIONAL and two service companies with corporate offices in located Scottsdale, AZ.
Personal Life
In 1997, Steven met Meghan Arnoldy, in La Jolla, CA and in the year 2000 they were married. The couple went on to have four children together, sons Bryce, Jaxon, and Cayden, with their daughter Delilah, being the youngest.
In March 2011, Steven's whole family was rocked by the news that their 10-year-old son Jaxon was diagnosed with Anaplastic Medulloblastoma, an aggressive form of cancer that attacks the brain. On a referral from their doctor, Steve and Meghan decided to apply to be accepted into treatment with the Burzynski Clinic in Houston. After two surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments proved unsuccessful, Jaxon passed away on April 27, 2012, at age 11. In honor of their son, to raise awareness of this rare form of cancer, and to give strength to the families of children who are still fighting against it, the Piro family, started a non-profit called Strength for Jaxon.
