The Steadfast Trust is a charitable non-profit organisation that focuses on raising cultural awareness for those considered ethnically English. Located in the United Kingdom, the trust was created to help promote English culture and heritage. The organization's main focus is youth education and outreach to the English community at large. The trust cites several governmental reports noting that those most at risk in the United Kingdom are currently young English white males. In order to bring attention to the problems facing the English communities in the UK, the trust provides access to government documents and reports. Steadfast's logo is a stylized white dragon and the English colours, red and white. Fund raising operations The trust operates on donations made through members of the trust, sponsored walks, and other fund raising events. Friends of Steadfast is the name given to those members that have directly contributed money in the form of a continuing or pre-paid year long membership. History Originally formed in 2005, the Steadfast Trust became more active in the years following 2007. According to the Brussels Journal, the trust sued the government on behalf of several workers who had suffered discrimination for being ethnically English. In keeping with its guidelines and goals, the trust continues to focus on social justice issues revolving around the English community located in the UK. This year (2011) on Saturday 19th November 40 friends gathered for a prayer and wreath laying ceremony at the statue of King Edmund in the cathedral precinct of Bury St. Edmunds. The Trust has however also given generously to a number of events promoting Saint George, such as donating £2000 to prevent the cancellation of the annual Sandwell St George's Day parade.
