Sineado Grenado - aka Irish Carbomb on steroids Sineado Grenado shots were created at Failte Irish Whiskey Bar in Manhattan, New York during the summer of 2008 by Andrew Lavoie, Patrick Haig, Anup Patel, and Adam Gorode, all students from Syracuse University. As opposed to the Irish Carbomb drink, there are two seperate shots, one of Jameson Irish Whiskey and one with Baileys Irish Cream. These two shots are placed into a pint glass which contains 2/3 Guinness beer. The shot glasses are then wedged into the top of the glass so that they are suspended. The higher shot glass is filled with Jameson and the lower with Baileys, so that when you lift the Jameson shot the Baileys drops into the guinness. Proceed to take the shot of Jameson and immediately drink the pint glass which has the Guinness and Baileys shot in it. Repeat as necessary or until you cannot stand anymore.
