Derek Jeter Cocktail

The Derek Jeter cocktail is a three layer shooter that was created at McNally's Tavern in Regina, Canada in 2004 by bartenders Kevin Kyle and Joc Cannon. Ingredients: 1/2 oz of Bols Blue curacao 1/2 oz of Peach Schnapps a few drops of grenadine whipped cream How to make a Derek Jeter: 1. In a one ounce shot glass pour 1/2 oz of peach schnapps 2. Carefully run a few drops of grenadine down the inside of the glass to form a small layer below the schnapps. 3. Carefully layer the curacao on top the schnapps. 4. Top with a shot of whipped cream 5. Drop a single drip of grenadine on top. 6. Enjoy!! |
