Shalini Srivastav, born on 04 May 1977 at Bhopal, is a multi-talented personality with interests in multiple fields. She is an engineer by qualification, homemaker by choice and an artist by hobby. Education Being from a family of a government officer, Shalini attended various Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) schools at Varanasi, Lucknow and Ahmedabad. She completed her graduate degree of Bachelor of Engineering (BE) (Mechanical) from Government Engineering College, Morbi, Gujarat and finally MBA (IT) from JBIMS, Mumbai. Professional Shalini has worked for Larsen and Toubro for five years and for a year with SSI before switching on to teaching. She taught as a professor at Managements Institute, Bangalore. Interests / Hobby Shalini is keenly interest in multiple art forms - painting, designing and lifestyle products. She owns a website www.kolourkloud.com, through which she publishes her work. Her kitchen was selected as the Best Big Bazaar kitchen in Bangalore in the year 2012. She was also awarded as the ‘Best Professor’ award in 2014 for Marketing at Institute of Management Sciences, Bangalore. Family Shalini is married to Mayank Srivastav, who works for Schneider Electric at Bangalore and is blessed with son Aryan, who excels in cricket and daughter Manishika, who has won multiple titles Chess.
