Sean Lee-Davies

Sean Lee-Davies is a multimedia artist, ecological activist, filmmaker, TV host, photographer and author. He is CEO and Founder of Awethentic Studio and Project C:CHANGE and Creative Director of Entourage Collection. He is of British-Chinese descent and was largely educated and raised in the UK, but now lives between Hong Kong and London.
Career
2005-2011: Editor and Photojournalist
Before his TV & Film career Sean was Asia Tatlers Director of Editorial and Photography for 12 magazines around the continent. Interested in photography since the age or 12, he has interviewed and photographed some of the most famous personalities around the world, such as David Beckham, Matthew McConaughey, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Keanu Reeves, Marc Jacobs and Leonardo Di Caprio and Asian celebrities like Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Li Ning, Yao Ming, Zhang Ziyi and Cai Guo Ciang.
Over the years, Lee-Davies’ writing and photography has appeared in many international publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, the Sunday Times and the International Herald Tribune.
2011-present: TV Host and Award Winning Filmmaker / Producer
Sean left Asia Tatler and started his own film & tv production agency now called Awethentic Studio and began his career as a TV host, film director and producer.

He has hosted and directed / produced numerous TV shows in Asia including the hit show Tycoon Talk which was "Highly Commended & Runner Up” for best Regional TV Talk show at Asian TV awards,
and Adventures to the Edge for TVB a feature documentary Cancer & The City about young people living with cancer for National Geographic for which he was nominated for ‘Best Director’ at the Asian TV Awards.
In addition to TV hosting, Lee-Davies is one of Hong Kong’s best known MC’s and has hosted several balls such as the Tatler Ball as well as events for luxury brands like BMW, Breitling, The Marina Bay Sands, Forevermark, Conrad, The Venetian Macao, IWC
Lee-Davies is the CEO and Founder of Awethentic Studio, a premier branded content and TV & VR production house which has produced campaigns for clients for the likes of Cartier, Burberry, L’Oreal, Louis Vuitton and Estee Lauder. He was also chosen in 2016 to be the 'Drive De Cartier Man' by Cartier and was featured on the covers of TVB Live and HK Tatler magazine.
Environmental & Endangered Wildlife Activism
Lee-Davies is an advocate for animals and animal’s rights. In 2011 he founded Project C:CHANGE, an environmental body which aims to raise awareness of issues such as the illegal endangered wildlife trade and plastic pollution in Asia through multimedia campaigns and so change consumer habits .
In 2015 Project C:CHANGE called on the Hong Kong government to ban the ivory trade outright and launched Love Is Wild, a travelling photography exhibition featuring endangered species from around the world. The exhibition was launched at the Liangyi Gallery in Nov 2015 accompanied by a book .
In 2016 the Hong Kong government pledged to ban the trade, and Love is Wild will be travelling to major capitals in Asia.
Project C:CHANGE also co-produced the eco/adventure show Adventures
