Quantum protocol

Quantum protocol is based on Quantum Shannon theory which deals with quantum spin (+1/2,-1/2)in addition to the digital technology of (0,1)i.e we have (0,1,+1/2,-1/2) four(2 ) digits instead of two of digital technology.
Firstly we convert the it into decimal as (0,1,0.5,-0.5) then to binary number as (0,1,0.1,-0.1), which usually is difficult to tackle ,so we use here octadecimal technology which find it easy to use as it deals with first part as octal and second part as decimal.
The quantum protocol uses 256 bit technology based on octadecimal. The url header is distributed with ten dots with first part for either IPv4 or IPv6 expressed in octal and second part expressed in decimal.
url:http://abcd.0000.0000.0000.1923.0000.0000.0000.0000.0000
for IPv4 first four dots to IPv4 address and other six dots in decimal
for IPv6 first six dots to IPv6 address and other four dots in decimal
