Sean Carver

Sean Carver is the current Director of Brand Entertainment at Microsoft's Bing.
Early Life
Sean Carver was born and in Seattle, WA and graduated from the University of California, Berkley in 1991 with a degree in History of Bio Medicine.
Fashion Industry
Previous to Microsoft, Carver worked in the fashion industry from 1991 to 1999 where he was a partner in DeWitt and Carver Productions, and Production Company which created and produced advertising campaigns for such fashion houses as Ralph Lauren, Versace, and Nautica.
In 1999 Carver moved to Von Dutch as Director of Sales and Marketing in Los Angeles.
Microsoft
In 2003 Carver moved to the MSN division at Microsoft and produced the pending MSN 8 launch as well as the next three MSN launches. During his time at MSN, Carver also produced award winning campaigns such as Ms. Dewey and Messenger Pirates of Caribbean .
Career at Present
In 2009 Carver took over the Branded Entertainment position at Bing. He went on to produce award winning nontraditional campaigns, such as Para Fuera: A portrait of Dr. Richard J. Bing, a short documentary which was awarded an official selection at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and a Silver medal at The One Show awards in February, 2010 as well as "Bing-a-thon" which also won a Gold medal at The One Show awards.
Carver is currently the co-creator, along with Ben Silverman and Fisher Stevens on an upcoming documentary about the decision-making process slated for theatrical release in 2011.
Personal Accomplishments
As Carver approached his 40th year, he made a commitment to take on a series of personal goals and challenges, documenting these trials on his blog . Some of his most notable personal accomplishments to-date include becoming a certified EMT, climbing the highest summit of North America the Denali, and swimming from Europe to Africa via the Strait of Gibraltar.
