Sean A. Wright

Dr. Sean Anthony Wright is a board certified plastic surgeon practicing in the Philadelphia area or Pennsylvania. He was born on March 5th, 1974 in New York City and spent his early years through high school in the Rockland County, outside of New York City. He went on to attend Swarthmore College where he studied economics. Sean Wright received several awards including funding by the Pew Foundation, the National Science Foundation, and the NHLBI of the NIH. After graduating from Swarthmore College in 1996, Sean went on to Harvard Medical School, where he tutored other students in biochemistry. He graduated from Harvard Medical School in 2000 and started his plastic Surgery training at Harvard Combined Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program. During his six years of plastic surgery training, Dr. Wright honed his surgical skills at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Children's Hospital - Boston, and the Shriner's Hospital for Burned Children.

Currently, Dr. Sean Wright is a board certified plastic surgeon in the Philadelphia area. His original research has been featured in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Journal of Physiology, and Techniques in Hand Upper Extremity Surgery.

Dr. Sean Anthony Wright marriage last year was featured in the New York Times and Philadelphia Inquirer.
