Scottish Parliamentary Review

Scottish Parliamentary Review is an independent legislative journal focusing on the activities of the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood. Founded in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2012, it is published biannually by the Blacket Avenue Press. The journal will also be available online. It was created by Saamir K. Nizam and is edited by Saamir K. Nizam and Robert J. Merecz, in conjunction with a team of contributing editors. The Scottish Parliamentary Review will scrutinize selected legislation under consideration by the Parliament at Holyrood, recently enacted legislation, and areas in which legislative reform is required. The Review also publishes articles by various academics on how the Scottish Parliament can be improved as a governing institution.
