The Legislation and Policy Brief (Bluebook abbreviation Leg. & Pol'y. B.) is a law review established in 2008 at the Washington College of Law. Overview The Legislation and Policy Brief is a biannual publication that is managed and edited by approximately 35 students at American University Washington College of Law. The journal focuses on the development of legislation and and effects of the deliberative and drafting processes on the law and publishes articles and essays by law professors and practitioners, as well as notes and comments written by staff members. The Legislation and Policy Brief is one of fifteen publications edited by law students at the Washington College of Law. LPB accepts submissions via Expresso and LexOpus. LPB was an online-only publication for its first four issues, but will be publishing in a hard-copy format beginning in Fall 2010. See Also
