Scott Koziol

Scott Koziol is a freelance bassist who is best known for having played on Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory album, on the song "One Step Closer", and appearing in the song's music video. Koziol played bass for the band on several US tours and left when the band's original bassist returned.
Biography
Koziol, who is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, appeared with Tinsley Ellis, as one of the bassists on his Tom Dowd-produced album, Fire it Up, also touring with him for that album.
He frequently plays Sadowsky Basses and uses SWR amplifiers.
Koziol, as a Higher Education Account Executive for Apple Inc., spoke at the Second Annual Southern California Knowledge Management Forum at Pepperdine University where he presented to members of the aerospace and defense industries on the topics of "Social Networks, Web 2.0, & Multi-Generational Workforce".
Koziol attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
