Sacred Lotus

Sacred Lotus is a clothing brand founded in 2011 by young, female mogul Sarina Campanella in the Bay Area, California region. It is most known for its unique designs including the Booty T-shirt and Sushi Crop top. Until recently, it has opened for official business in July 2016 as an online retailer. The brand specializes in modern Men and Women's street wear and offers a wide range of Unisex styles meant for everyone to wear. All clothing is made in the USA/Fair trade and has a 10% portion donated to a costumer's charity of choice at no extra cost. Their motto of "Apparel That Gives Back" embodies the goal of Sacred Lotus: originality, helping others, and to always follow through with your goals in this lifetime. The website provides proof of donation by emailing the costumer with a receipt. Sacred Lotus has so far donated to charities including the Ocean Conservancy, Children's Hunger Fund, Bay Area Rescue Mission, Monarch's Women Services, and many more since being opened. All clothing provided on the website is all designed by the Founder and is produced in the South Bay Area near San Jose and Santa Cruz.
History
Founded in 2011, but unofficially open until late July 2016 for business, Sacred Lotus has been through many trial-and-error processes before finalizing the current logo, and types of clothing styles to be produced. The shop is currently being controlled by a one-person business as of opening in July 2016, but has had the gracious support of many independent photographers and businesses to help get it to where it is today. One of the first public appearances for Sacred Lotus was at the Think Local First Independent Business expo in Santa Cruz, followed by a radio interview by the Busy Bee on KZSC 88.1 FM. A second pop up shop was arranged at the Maker's Market at Urban Sanctuary in Santa Cruz.
