Royal Vendors

Royal Vendors, Inc., is a manufacturer of cold-drink vending machines and coolers located in Kearneysville, West Virginia. Its main competitors in the United States market are Dixie-Narco and Vendo.
History and description
Royal Vendors was founded in 1988 by Roy Steeley, a former manager at Dixie-Narco, another manufacturer of cold-drink machines. In 1996, Steeley sold Royal Vendors to Coin Acceptors, Inc. ("Coinco"), of St. Louis, Missouri. In 1997, Steeley went on to co-found a new company, Automated Merchandising Systems ("AMS"), also located in Kearneysville.
In the United States, Royal Vendors is the largest provider of vending machines for The Coca-Cola Company. Other significant Royal Vendors customers include Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and PepsiCo, although most Pepsi bottlers buy vending machines from either Dixie-Narco (primarily in the eastern United States) or Vendo (primarily in the western United States).
