Tyler Weekes (born June 3, 1982) is the founder and co-owner of Courtthink, LLC and the founder and co-tournament director of the Party Rock Open, a USTA women’s $50,000 event that takes place in September at the Darling Tennis Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Weekes founded CourtThink with mentor Dave Nostrant, a professional tennis management company, and CourtThink Tournaments LLC. With longtime friend Jordan Butler, the two organize Las Vegas’ only professional tennis tournament in September, the Party Rock Open. Tyler Weekes is also a registered , who has worked with players such as Ivana Lisjak. Playing and Coaching Career Weekes was born in Denver, Colorado, and raised in , Idaho. He's one of the youngest coaches ever certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association and was a member of the Vic Braden Tennis College coaching staff for 10 years. He's coached Croatian professional tennis player Ivana Lisjak, who achieved a WTA career high ranking of 95. CourtThink CourtThink is a professional tennis management company, conceived in late 2004. founded with partner and longtime mentor Dave Nostrant. Specializing in private club and resort tennis management, CourtThink is internationally recognized for its contributions in tennis research and its ownership of the Vic Braden Tennis College, voted the No. 2 best tennis camp in the world by www.tennisresortsonline.com. CourtThink has brought tennis management with success to the tennis programs for many prestigious clubs such as the Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas, the Green Valley Spa in Utah, The Fairmont Orchid in Hawaii, the Westward Look in Arizona, The Homestead in Michigan In addition, CourtThink also runs the one of the largest private club junior summer camp tennis programs in the Las Vegas Valley. Courtthink is the tennis concession at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, one of only a few tennis facilities located on the famous Las Vegas Strip. CourtThink and Tyler Weekes personally, have also provided tennis services for tennis celebrities and their families including Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, Darren Cahill and Sargis Sargsian. Party Rock Open With longtime friend and Las Vegas attorney Jordan Butler, Weekes has created CourtThink Tournaments, LLC, returning professional tennis to the Las Vegas area. Currently the only professional tournament in Las Vegas, the Party Rock Open took place the last week of September in 2012 and was won by American teenager Lauren Davis. Weekes met Redfoo (aka Stefan Gordy) of the hit techno group LMFAO during a two-hour tennis lesson at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and mentioned his tournament was searching for a new title sponsor. Redfoo agreed for his Party Rock line of clothing to be the new title sponsor and the Party Rock Open was born. Formerly held at the Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin, the tournament for three years was called the Lexus of Las Vegas Open from 2009-2011. The 2013 Party Rock Open is scheduled to be played once again at the Darling Tennis Center, Sept. 22-29, 2013.
