Robert Paulele

College career
Paulele received an athletic scholarship to attend the New Mexico State University in 2006. He spent his first year at New Mexico State as a backup where he was a hybrid player, playing at both running back and wide receiver positions. In 2007, Paulele transferred to University of Nevada Las Vegas where he became a co-starter. His best game game against the University of Wisconsin on national television.
Professional career
Cincinnati Bengals
Following his junior season in 2008, Paulele signed a free agent contract with the Cincinnati Bengals where he was later released in June of 2008 following off season training activities.
Wenatchee Venom
In the spring of 2009, Paulele signed a contract with the Wenatchee Venom a member of the Indoor Football League. Paulele was recognized as a top IFL player for the 2009 season according to Wenatchee World Newspaper. Following the third game of the season with the Venom, Paulele was invited to a private workout with the San Diego Chargers.
Coaching Career
NFL Developmental League
In the spring of 2014, Paulele served as the Head Coach for a developmental league in Los Angeles run by Super bowl Champions and NFLPA Sector Presidents Earl Christy and Tom Herter. Within the first year as Head Coach, he was able to lead the team to a Championship title in Florida.
Chapman University
In 2013 Coach Paulele served as the Running Back Coach at Chapman University. Within his tenure at Chapman he helped rank the team second in the nation for total offense and first in the nation for most points scored. Coach Paulele also produce two All -Conference Running Backs and transformed the punt return team from ranking last in the SCIAC Division the year before to first in 2014.
Orange County Lawmen
2011, Robert Paulele served as the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the Orange County Lawmen. He also became apart of the All Poly Coaches Association and has spoke at seminars, and coaching clinics around the nation. He has also worked alongside notable coaches; Bob Stoops, Kyle Whittingham, and Gary Anderson Wisconsin.
Santa Ana College
2009-2012, Coach Paulele served as Assistant Coach/ Head Strength and Condition at Santa Ana College. During his four year term with Santa Ana College he would help assist five running backs to All -Conference honors while compiling more than 5,341 rushing yard on the ground.
