Robert A. Flutie

Robert A. Flutie is an American businessman, television producer and political activist who is the President of Flutie Entertainment, a talent, brand and media management company located in Southern California.
Personal Life
Robert Flutie was born on June 3, 1964. He was raised in Floral Park Queens and Garden City Park, New York. He attended Father Lopez High School in Daytona Beach Florida. He graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a degree in Political Science and International Relations and Finance. Robert is married to MaryAnn Flutie. The couple has three children: Alexander, Catherine and Ava.
Business Career
Robert Flutie worked as a Risk Analyst at the Dime Savings Bank of New York before joining Citigroup as a Senior Credit and Risk Analyst in the Collateralized Asset Division. In 1996, Flutie assisted his wife in the founding of Flutie Entertainment, where he guides and councils in the Management of Celebrity Brands, which include Amy Applebaum (Life Coach), Ellie Krieger (host, Food Network), Carter Oosterhouse (host, HGTV), Aaron McCargo, Jr. (host, Food Network), Sabrina Soto (host, HGTV), and others. In 2002, his company, Flutie Entertainment, formed a partnership with talent management firm Covington International to produce film and TV projects for clients under the Covington banner.
Politics
A 2009 filing with the Federal Elections Committee reflects that an exploratory committee has been created for Flutie, the purpose of which is to explore and examine the possibility of Flutie running for Congress. The exploratory committee is analyzing the California's 30th congressional district that blankets Los Angeles County, including areas such as West Hollywood, Malibu, Woodland Hills and Santa Monica. Flutie has been a featured speaker at 2010 meetings of Los Angeles political organizations.
Film and Television
