Richard Crighton

Richard Crighton (born 1981) is an American real estate developer and broker. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from Silverado High School, he entered the real estate industry as a salesperson with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. At twenty years old, he became the youngest person in Nevada to open a real estate brokerage. Crighton, his brother Ryan, and business partner Chris Shelton own and manage a local development company named RCS Development (Currently DBA Rothwell Gornt Companies) with approximately twenty million dollars' worth of real estate. RCS Development has developed multiple shopping centers in the Las Vegas Valley including the nine million dollar “Patrick Neighborhood Plaza” and the five million dollar Serene Neighborhood Plaza. In addition to these, RCS Development is the developer for the thirty million dollar “Ponte Vechio Plaza” located at the corner of Spencer and Serene in Las Vegas. RCS Development is also responsible for the twelve million dollar retail development of “Plaza Las Americas”, located on Eastern and Bonanza in Las Vegas.
