First Montgomery Group: First Montgomery Group, AMO© (FMG), bears the distinction of an Accredited Manageemnt Organizaiton, AMO from the Media:Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM. FMG is a family owned and operated diversified real estate organization established in 1986 by Richard Haydinger Jr. with headquarters in Marlton, NJ. It is composed of two generations of family members, with diversified real estate holdings in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, Founder, Richard Haydinger Jr., with over 40 years of real estate experience is joined by his sons: Richard Haydinger III heading the construction and rehabilitation division, Apartment Rehabilitation Corporation (ARC); Michael Haydinger heading the business and financial division as well as the property management division, First Montgomery Management nj Inc. (FMM), and Matthew Haydinger heading the investment, development, marketing and new business divisions of FMG.
FMG is a builder, developer, owner and property manager of real estate holdings including eight multi-family apartment communities located in NJ, PA and DE totaling over 4000 units; four shopping centers and retail sites totaling over 320,000 square feet of rental space in NJ and PA and other projects in various stages of planning, development and approval. As an Accredited Management Organization AMO©, the organization adheres to the strict ethical guidelines and principles of the Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM©. At the firm’s management division, FMM, a 15 member team processes accounting transactions, provides human resource functions, oversees and manages 12 sites with more than 150 management, leasing, maintenance, construction and accounting employees. The organization pursues development, re-development, rehabilitation, construction and acquisition of real estate projects in near proximity to its Southern New Jersey headquarters where the principals all live with their respective families adhering to the “management by walking around” philosophy. FMG does not aspire to be the biggest, but simply the best and pursues opportunities which the principals can visit daily. Real Estate is the firm’s one and only business.

First Montgomery Management nj Inc:
First Montgomery Group, AMO®, under affiliate, First Montgomery Management nj Inc. performs asset and property management services for FMG’s wholly owned residential, commercial and retail real estate portfolio. Under the direction of a Certified Property Manager© (CPM©), Harry Bagot, CPM®, FMM adheres to the principles of property management of the Institute of Real Estate Management®, IREM®. FMM is responsible for the management, leasing and maintenance of the multi-family apartment communities, the retail shopping centers and the military family housing privatization project, United Communities LLC. Working out of First Montgomery Group’s Marlton, NJ office, First Montgomery Management’s team comprises 15 members who perform asset/property management, project management, accounts receivable, accounts billable, information technology management, financial auditing, and marketing and human relations functions.
Apartment Rehabilitation Corporation:
Under the leadership of Richard Haydinger III, a successful remodeler, contractor and builder with a proficiency in architectural style and design, Apartment Rehabilitation Corporation, an affiliate of FMG, has built 160 townhouse style apartments adjacent to an existing FMG apartment community; renovated three currently owned and three previously owned apartment communities, built several clubhouses, leasing offices, fitness centers and other community amenities for FMG’s apartment communities and at the McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst family housing privatization project demolished over 1700 homes, renovated 449 homes and is currently building 1635 new homes. With a full array of heavy equipment including dozers, dump-trucks, backhoes, excavators, etc., ARC, performs construction, site development, construction management, remodeling and general contractor services for FMG and other unrelated third parties.
United Communities LLC:
United Communities LLC (UC) is an affiliate of FMG. Under a contract with the Secretary of the Air Force, UC owns and manages the privatized military family housing at the Tri-Service Mega Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst under a 50 year ground lease. As developer, UC is responsible for the demolition of 1915 units, construction of 1635 homes and renovation of 449 homes for an end state of 2084 homes. Under the agreement UC will provide housing for active military personnel stationed at the base. The development stage of $380 M project funded in part with $274 M in taxable revenue bonds issued by Goldman Sachs is expected to be completed 2012 at which time leasing and property management operations will take over the for the duration of the 50 year lease term.
