Revolutionary Dancers (also known as revD/RD) is a dancing organization in Melbourne, Australia which currently performs at parties and on the famous youtube. RevD focuses on Hip Hop and Techno dance styles such as Melbourne Shuffle, Raving, C-walk, Popping, Breakdance and Choreography. RevD was a 'project' formulated by two young teenagers who were both interested in Hip Hop dancing. This idea later became a reality when the 'project' began on December 6th 2008. Since then, revD has expanded from five to twenty six members and are continually building up their skills and knowledge of the Dancing world. Styles of Dancers RevD has a lot of different variations of dancers, people who dance the same type but with a different style and approach to the dance type. Shuffler Glider - Person who focuses along moving smoothly on the ground often with spins but with less kicks Kicker - Person who focuses with lots of variations of kicking within the shuffle, less gliding Stomper - One which makes an earthquake with the amount of noise they make by shuffling (usually expressed with hardstyle music) Normal - A Hybrid that has a variety of gliding and kicks with jumping variations. Cwalk Clown - variations of V moves, heel toe and shuffle Crip - Mainly consists of hops and V moves Crown - a more jumping style of Cwalk Popping Body Worker - Uses the whole body within their combos Snake - Uses their hands and arms more than the rest of the body to pull off combos.
