Arash Howaida

Arash Howaida (, born 1980 in Kohistan, Kapisa Province, Afghanistan) is a Hip Hop and pop artist and composer from Afghanistan. Arash currently resides in Hamburg, Germany and "Alah Alah". His songs have enjoyed popularity not only in Germany, but also in Afghanistan.<ref name="armaghanmille"/> His compositions and music is influence from western musics. Beside songs in his mother-tongue, he has also sang songs in Arabic and Hindi. He released 6 more songs, which are: "Agha Tue Tu", "Yaarakem", "Dunya", "Labakait", "Dukhtare Afghani" and his latest single "Wahh Wahh". Arash is about to publish his patiently awaited album Next Level.
Arash has also assisted in the composition of songs and albums for other Afghan artists such as Habib Qaderi, Bashir Hamdard, Sear Azizi, Najim Nekzad, Aria Band, Homayun Sahebzai, Nizam Donya, Edris Durani, Fardin Faryad, Syed Fahim and others. His most noticeable work is Habib Qaderi's latest album Closer in which Arash plays a variety of traditional music styles within the realm of his own hip hop or dance style.
