History RentWiki.com was founded in January of 2009 by Jamie Gallo, Robert TurnBull, Jonathan Ford, and Eric Wu. Jamie Gallo, Robert Turnbull and Jonathan Ford founded ApartmentGuide.com and grew it to be the largest rental site on the web. They went on to relaunch RealEstate.com and create Rentals.com. Their efforts resulted in a 200 person company generating 750 thousand lead per month from 100 million page views. They are joined by Eric Wu, founder of LiveByCampus.com, and recognized by Business Week as a Top 25 Entrepreneur Under 25. The company received $2.5 million in funding from major industry players and Jim Lintner, a major investor in RentalHouses.com. RentWiki.com has offices in both Atlanta, GA and San Francisco, CA. Products and services Apartment search RentWiki.com provides users with an apartment search, with over 1,000,000 units available across 50 cities. Renters can access property data including pictures, pricing, availability, contact information, and details on amenities. User-generated content RentWiki.com couples the apartment search with user-generated content in the form of reviews, wikis, and pros/cons. RentWiki.com has always integrated with Twitter to aggregate more content by renters.
