Remco pardoel

</noinclude>Remco Pardoel(Oss, 23 may 1969) is a Dutch Martial Arts / Mixed martial Art atlhlete. Pardoel is known as an expert in Jiu Jitsu, with more than ten National and International championship titels, six European and one world Championship title (in Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian jiu jitsu, judo en Grappling) on his account. Next to practise and teaching of the traditional martial arts he was one of the first ones which made a succesfull career in Mixed Martial Arts as an athlete and trainer. In 1993 Pardoel, with the nickname the Gentle Giant or the Grizzly, introduced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Grappling in Europe. These days there are numorous of clubs in Europe where BJJ is succesfull as an sport.
Remco is teaching as a personal trainer in MMA/(thai)Boxing and /or Fitness, coaching top 10 athletes like Melvin Manhoef, (Lee Murray, Heath Herring, Chalid Arrab, Fatih Kocamis, Gilbertt Yvel in the past) and is giving classes in Amsterdam.
