The agency is also an innovation hub that develops ways for brands to utilize new technology to solve consumer needs. Ready Set Rocket has experience with wearable technology like Google Glass and launched a native application for the Mankind by Kenneth Cole fragrance campaign.
History
Ready Set Rocket was founded in 2009 by Executive Creative Director Aaron Harvey and Chief Strategist Alex Lirtsman. The agency’s first clients contacted Ready Set Rocket to help them understand the digital landscape and grow their digital footprints. In 2014, Harvey and Lirtsman named Lauren Nutt Bello, VP of Client Services, a partner in the business. The staff is now composed of people in the creative, marketing, development and management disciplines.
Honors and Awards
Ready Set Rocket has received numerous awards for their digital strategy and creative output. Most recently and notably, in 2015, Lauren Nutt Bello was named a FOLIO Top Women in Business, Ready Set Rocket received an OBIE Gold for their OOH advertising for Mankind by Kenneth Cole. Ready Set Rocket was named a Most Valuable Partner in Financial Marketing by Gramercy Institute. HubSpot included Ready Set Rocket in the 15 Fastest Growing Independent Agencies list in the U.S. In 2014, Ready Set Rocket was named one of Internet Week’s top 30 Best Places to Work in Tech in NYC and received awards including MediaPost OMMA, an MMA Smartie North America Bronze, an NAMIC EMMA Gold award and others.
